Uncover by show more of it like you would have piece of invisible (but covering) paper on top of image and slowly shift it so more of image visible (but it is not paper - but solid background color ). I allows to set angle of uncover (like angle of invisible paper which is shifting in that direction).

When I create a new project and then click on the "+" sign up in the video panel to get started, I don't get "Add Animated Slide from Collection" as a choice. If I click on "Create New Scene", I just get a blank canvas with all the selections at the bottom.

Clicking on "Add Animation/Slide" brings up buttons for "Add Explaindio Slide" and "Add Flash Animation". If I click on the first one, I get the familiar list of Slide packs, but no button for "Add Pack"

There's something wrong with the software! It doesn't seem to recognize the "slides" file like it should.

Has anyone else actually installed the software and tried to load a slides pack?

If it's just me, I wish the OP or someone would tell me of a fix.

"Add Animated Slide from Collection" is not a choice now.
Rather you do it by either creating new scene.

May be what you are missing is to show EVC the path to your plugins/slides folder. Just need to do it once and then it will remember.

Does this screenshot answer your query?
