I have tried this and I don't think any Social Bookmarking software can run with VPN turn on.
It is time to get proxies.

I scraped many new pligg sites and register manually on some of them and it worked. But using the bookmarker, it only managed to submit successfully to one site out of 700+ sites.

Make sure you have decaptcher entered.
