This soft is a local business email /urls, websites/ scraper. You write your keyword for leads - e.g. dentist - and a place - e.g. Miami. The soft scrapes all the info for your keyword from Google Maps and Yahoo Locals. In this way you get many emails from the local business that you want to convert in leads. There are also several softwares that do the same for craiglist. Neverthless, local companies visible in Google Maps tends to be more visible online so they will also be easier to pitch for SEO services, website creation, etc.
