Could you please clarify that. Do you mean that if another participant in the GB logs in, everybody else in the GB gets logged out? i.e 1 license per participant or 1 license shared by all participants? Thanks.

Yes, if another participant in the GB logs in, all others will be logged out. That means only 1 user can use 1 licence at any time. If you share the licence, RankCipher will automatically close for everyone when it opens on a new PC.
