Please read the full instruction inside the link I sent you when you bought the first time ! or simply send me an email and I'll assiste you. ( the keys are fully working without any issue.

Need to get Group Marketer updated key. I upgraded my pc to windows 10. I submitted help desk ticket on 3/30/16, emails, pm's and no response yet. Would like to get this going.

Got it working now. original instructions didn't say to install old version first. The recent ones did and now it's good to go.
