The PRO accounts that we create under our Reseller Package have Unlimited Notifications included, so you do not need to worry about that part.

This works on mobile and desktops.

The admin backend is also accessible both by mobile and desktop.

You create widgets for your clients and sell as service to them.
If you want your customers to have their on backend, then you need to buy PRO accounts for them. If you have multiple clients then 10x PRO would be a good deal for you too.
