I checked your website and you have a lot's of great content there. Please tell me how the updates go? Can I be able to update directly from WordPress or I have to manually go and download each new version of the plugin/theme and delete the old one and upload to the WP?

We usually update every week, however for some items it may take some more time. Yes the updates needs to be manually downloaded for each new version.
