What traffic generation methods are being used?
Backlinking... backlink to blacklisted sites and your domain goes Down Under.

So, just curious how one is able to earn this amount of money post all the google algo changes with ZERO chances of ranking #1, let alone page 1?

I think I know a thing or two about SEO, after all, I worked for a large SEO company before branching off on my own to do seo for local businesses.
I've since moved to paid media for obvious reasons..
