How can I check if they are safe?

You can check file safety using VirusTotal and check code safety but running (free) Sucuri malware scanner on your site.

I will update more, but for the first time. I just want to say "It's gold for WordPress Freelancers and Agencies"
1. Most of Best WordPress Brands here: StudioPress, Mythemeshop, Elegant, ThriveTheme, Oceanwp, WooThemes,...
2. Most of Best Page and Theme Builder: Elementor Pro and Addons, Beaver Builder and Themer Pro
3. And there are most of popular premium plugins: Yoast SEO, MemberPress, Restrict Content Pro, GravityForm, MainWP... and hundreds more from CodeCanyon
4. Many bestseller themes from ThemeForest, I see hundreds items. If you check some other gpl WordPress sites, they're only have ten or twelve from Themeforest.

And, Most of them are latest version, excellent!

I care about the limit 25 items you can download per day. But, just want to say, it's not a real limit, how can we use more 25 themes/ plugins a day for building sites? unless for leechers!
