Yes, as stated in his video, he scrubbed and verified the list. That was in February. I personally have used the list for text message marketing general contractors, emailing businesses and cold calling. I use Mailshake and the lists are solid.

No the software isn't included. It's not even out yet and it was an upsell after purchasing the data for $500. It will be out later this year. It will probably retail for $97-$197 a month like the other software if you buy directly from them. If it is part of the community package it will be a limited version since he's selling the data for $500 right now, then raising it to $1000 after more data is added in the next week or so.

When the data is is updated by Jon, you will get the updates.
