OK here is an honest review about the service:
Initially all was good they took my money and set everything up for me, then when I started to send out emails the outgoing server kept stopping, even inside the mail management program the test message failed. After numerous reboots it seemed to stabilise so I fired out my emails. And then EVERYTHING STOPPED! No Emails going out No Skype User there - always offline. Support Tickets unanswered the ticketing system is broken so you can bump your ticket or add comments This has been going on for over a week now and I am beginning to feel very pissed and ripped off. Unless they can sort their issues out I would AVOID like the plague. Come Guys at Ultra Mail respond and fix the issue or give me access to fix my own issues! |

Ok Mate
I have used the service for over a month now. I am still having issues getting tickets answered, I have been billing wrong two months running and over paid and still no response to anything. The sending issues have been resolved but they guy is on his own with health issues he should stop adding more on and fix issues to those who have already paid him money. |
