No. They are leads that have already opt in. It is email data for email marketers.

And if you are supplying the Data how many times will each list be sold? a gold list will be trash if 1000 people are hitting it.

Yes. You must use your own software to mail.

I only sell the same list 1 time. My bulk supplier sells up to 3 times.
