My concern would be that this is an overt Blackhat technique and the risk is that at some point down the line Google will remove websites from listing that have this installed. My advice is think very carefully before using this on any site that you are building long term. Having said that, it could work well for those short term quick cash sites.

You can simply rename folder name like with any other plugin. Read his reply to that uservoice message. He has tested it and it works.
