What issue you are getting? Is your video audii enabled? If not the most common mistake is NOT to deselect audio option while filling video details.

Please create a support ticket if you are not able to live stream your video properly using TSR and one of the TSR support executive will help you resolve the issue.

i am wondering if this is still relavent, as you all must know, YouTube just did a sweep with all spam uploads to marketers using live stream , meaning they shut down over 40 million youtube live streams that used softwares like this. i am not saying that this one cause it, but i would like to know if any user of this software has been shut down. I am apart of multiple youtube groups and hearing the same thing with all user of softwares that uses livestreaming. anyone that has used this on a daily basis who has not been shut down, it would be nice to hear from you now. otherwise, i would stick to uploads the old fashion way for now. keep in mind, i am not bashing this software at all, just want to make sure that you have been warned about the youtube spam bot that is looking for software uploads like this one.
