Had a problem yesterday that the software just save the event but does not stream the video. Put out the support ticket, got a reply will get to me ASAP. Any of other users have the same problem?

We have just tested some test videos to stream on YouTube using TSR and it worked well!!

I have asked one of the support staff to check the issue on your PC remotely however can you please try some other videos meanwhile?
