This tool is useless for me atm. Please fix these issues or give me a refund.
It's working fine but after a short time like 10 minutes to an 1 hours the program crashes.
One of these errors occurs everytime:

Apologies for the inconvenience you had!!

First of all, this is Tube Smart Ranker BSO thread, and you are talking about Tube Smart Promoter!

Second, I saw your PM regarding this issue right now; You must wait for me to reply to your PM or you must had created a support ticket which is always a fast way to resolve any technical issue.

This issue might only come in 2 situations -

1. Either TSP has NOT proper access to internet and TSP licensing service.
2. The PC on which TSP is running has NOT minimum software requirement (RAM, CPU).

I would suggest you to create a support ticket on Tube Smart Promoter member dashboard for better resolution of the issue!!

Interesting how you've broken WireCast and made it into your own tool Op.
I would be interested to see how the 720p videos render and play, since wirecast cannot upload at 720p, unless the machine is a server or is super powerful enough.
