For the members who are new to the hosting.
Here is a piece of information for you to get starting.

There are uncounted servers/hosting providers around the world. Each server providers will get an IP address assign to you. Normally, we called it Domain NameServers/DNS, you will be given 2 sets of IP address / Nameservers.

Nameserver 1: ns1.serverhostingname.xxx / IP [XXX.XXX.XXX.XXX]
Nameserver 2: ns2.serverhostingname.xxx / IP [XXX.XXX.XXX.XXX]

So, in order for your domain to run on the server you subscribed, you must add/change your domain nameservers on your domain registrar(Godaddy, Namesilo, Namecheap, Exabytes and etc, to point to the NameServers assigned to you.

Without pointing your domain nameservers correctly to the IP assigned to you by the hosting provider, you will not be able to connect your domain to the database on the cPanel.

According to one of our TOS.
NO “Index_of” sites. All sites must either have an under construction page or some kind of content. (index_of sites or just doorways for hackers so they are not allowed). NO BLANK PAGES - all sites but has some kind of content on them.

So, please install some content on your new website.
