A: This is a WordPress issue but it should be easy.
=> You have to unlock the hidden file by checking your root domain/public_html with the File Manager. of course, you can see the file directly with FTP uploader like Filezilla, coreftp, etc.

So, it is obviously after unlocked the hidden file, you could see the .htacess file. The .htaccess file included the already installed WordPress. You have to remove the file before reinstalling WordPress again.

Just remove the .htacess file and reinstall WordPress.
