I have just sent the site recommendation link to you.
You need to prepare:
- Your hosting domain for them to register the license.
- cPanel login. they will install the WHMCS License via the Softaculous on the Cpanel.

After all done, login to your cPanel and change the username + password to yours. I have shown this guide together with the link on my website.

Then, login to your WHMCS, click on the help and check the license, it will show the license "Never Expire".

I know this because I bought one for myself and one from my friend.

Oh yes, the latest WHMCS version is 7.7.1
Both licenses are in a different number.

Yes, the WHMCS is not easy to learn.
But you can find all the videos about how to install WHMCS on YouTube.
I even downloaded all the videos from Youtube :)
Since I can learn WHMCS by myself, I think you also can do it.

And also, when you purchase the WHMCS, the seller will install the WHMCS on your domain.

So, we can skip the installation part.

I am currently paying Siteground £120 (that's GBP!) per month for their cloud hosting, which provides me with 5 CPU Cores, CentOS, 9GB RAM, 60GB SSD, cPanel, and WHM.

It's their 'business' plan here, but with extra cores / RAM / SSD added to it:

I was previously on their 'GoGeek' plan, which is shared hosting, but I kept hitting their inodes and cpu processes limits for that plan (my site uses Gravity Forms for a LOT of functionality which is a bit process heavy compared to most other WP Plugins):

= Yes, a 10x price hike just for hitting inodes and processes limits! Unfortunately, Siteground has NOTHING in the gap between their shared and their cloud -- so, not a good place to go if you intend scaling up your site on the same host!

Anyway, I have no objection to shared, so long as my site can run on it. My cloud set up is 'ideal' but vastly more expensive than I would like, since traffic isn't massive (approx 30-50K per month).

Would ANY of your plans provide the necessary specs?

It doesn't have to match Siteground's Cloud exactly, which is why I linked to the GoGeek -- which I would happily have stayed with if it weren't for the inode / processes limits.

I have more than one site, but my main site is the one that needs the higher specs outlined here, all the rest are fairly low maintenance wp sites.

Also, do you provide/sell dedicated IPs?

If you have that much use, you should get your own VPS. Although, our SSD shared hosting offering 6 CPU Cores, however, not many shared servers are going to want someone like that. Not because of the usage but because if one client use's all the resources that aren't fair to all the other clients on the server. So, you should really look at getting your own VPS.

Free migration from one cPanel(Old hosting server) to a new cPanel account.
One cPanel account only and not 10 or 15 cPanels account
