I would also like to know why my sites database has disappeared ???

BTW, you are having Error establishing a database connection, not Database disappeared.

Normally, this caused by wrong installation or Database configuration.
However, the domain you put is your addon domain, would you please PM me your primary domain for me to check.

Update: I think the domain you said in the ticket is not added to your cPanel account?

I think this is needed to clarify something.

The domain you provided will be used as a primary/main domain and cannot be added again to create a cPanel account because it was already registered.

Note:
The requirement to host is to provide an active and never expire domain unless you stop.
The domain given by you will be used for creating cPanel account - shared hosting.
The domain given by you will be used for creating WHM/cPanel account - reseller shared hosting.

Including the above, for WHM account, you can create unlimited cPanel account for reselling.

With the domain given by you, you can access to your WHM and cPanel account.

Is this correct?
The main domain I send your for reseller hosting cannot be used to post my other business websites. I must use another domain and create on the reseller account my other business websites?

3) The domain that you provided will be used for the primary domain and you can use it for posting other business but not reselling other hosting on our server. This because if you are using the WHMCS billing system you can only import WHM through our server IP and not from other servers.

And also, the domain will be used as a Primary/Main domain, must be always active and point to our IP.
