Update: Their service is awesome! I have been dealing with what was discovered to be an ip issue, which I could not have fixed. They handled my problem quickly, efficiently and with professionalism. Thanks guys

For sharing with other members and for a proper record to be used in the future, to check the IP, use this site - https://whatismyipaddress.com/

Some sites will only show IPv6, but we need the IPv4.
Example:
My IP Address Is:
IPv6: 2001:e68:5442:341a:18a9:a9fc:f12e:ed96
IPv4: xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx

Purpose: To unblock the IP from the Firewall
The reason for the block is as follows
csf.deny: xx.xxx.xxx.xxx # lfd: (cpanel) Failed cPanel login from xx.xxx.xxx.xxx (US/United States/ip68-104-172-203.ph.ph.cox.net): 5 in the last 3600 secs - Mon Mar 25 22:56:50 2019

The reseller annual plan sent.
If you have a tar.gz file, you can extract the file from your cPanel File Manager.
If you a backup copy of cPanel, you can restore to our server provided that your old cPanel is compatible with ours.

Actually, after subscribed to our service, we will send complete info including how to backup your cPanel from time to time.

However, if your question is about the restoration from WHM, I have to check whether we have this feature enabled.
