shaming via google

Ok quick hypothetical question. Let's say you seen someone commit a
despicable crime (eg stealing money from church) and getting the police
involved will amount to nothing but a slap on the wrist.



Is there a way with google or software, so that anyone who searches that persons name the autofill will show keywords like thief, scum, lowlife next to it?

I figure lots of keyword hits will be needed for popular names, but what if it's not so popular? And do you need an article for a landing page? Does google censor things like this?

Any thoughts?
