NULLED NOTES:

Go to 'Modules/Installer/Controller/InstallerController.php' and replace in 66. line:

return view('Installer::install')->with(['nextView' => 'welcome']);
->
return view('Installer::install')->with(['nextView' => 'permission']);

Save modification and run install.
