Yes. That is Google My Business. You can control that content by creating and validating the business. Sometimes you have to wait several weeks for Google to physically mail a verification post card with a special code on it, in-order for that type of content to be active.

thank you Negative1...he also has a listing in the serps at position 4 ...never saw that one before ...did he just get backlinks to that ? thanks again for any help
