The more time you spend thinking about this person and the situation is just more time that you are taking away from your own success. Spend an hour thinking about this idiot and the past and that's an hour sucked out of your future.

Do not give them or their negative bullshit any space at all in your mindspace.

Thanks NonConf, exactly right. Believe me I know what its like being wealthy and also having diddlysquat, certainly know which I prefer. And for any BBHF members out there struggling, the best thing to remember, aside from not letting negativity in your life, is if you think you can, or if you think you can't, either way you're correct.

I second what previous members have suggested and wish to add another suggestion -
actively send him love, peace and healing. He's obviously had a bad experience to react to you so vehemently. Just wish him well.
We are all one so what ever you do or energies you send to him, you also send to yourself (and everyone else, as we're also part of the one).

I've been through some nasty stuff too and really got into hating some people but have learned that it just delays your evolution.
in the end, it's just an experience, and we learn form experience, especially from relationships.
