Unsolicited Advertisements ?
Unsolicited Advertisements through Telephone and Email are strictly forbidden here in Germany. If one makes that per Telefon I can tell him, give me your adress, and so on..., and I go to my Lawyer and Police! (I dont do it, but can tell him!)
Thats why the 2 optin for email is LAW here. And also if you agree to the 2 optin ONLY this ads with you agreed can be made. Example: If I agreed with 2 optin for shoes, nobody can make ads for bags... to me, it is forbidden! Before that Law, it was terrible here!!! Sooo many Advertisements by telefon and email, now not so much. In USA and UK is not forbidden?? So I can make much Ads there! ? Great!!! In which countrys more it is allowed? How is the law in Austria and Switzerland? I think, it is a good law ... no much Ads now I receive!
