Udemy changed price
Hi

suddenly all udemy courses showing Euros.also courses also extra charge european countries.

Ex: 499$ courses are 535€.

any idea why?

Recently they introduced new pricing system means you can buy the course from them in local currency.Suppose you are in UK the price shown in your browser will be in Pounds

any trick to change to US Dollar. because every courses extra 20% VAT added for Euros.

[/quote]They are showing prices in your local currency (euro for eurozone), the price is higher, because Udemy must add VAT in Europe

Of course it won't work.
Because in your account, when you signed up, you were already marked as a citizen of a EU country.
With this specific account, no matter where in the world (IP number) you buy from, they will present you with Euros.


It does not matter where in the world you buy from. If you are a resident of the EU, they must charge VAT.

Look it up in Google: VAT MOSS.
