the file is 20 mb
the classipress file should be about 3 - 5 mb
is that what the problem is ?
incidentally - i just uploaded another earlier version of classipress onto the very same site that i am having problems putting this file on - but that classpress file is about 3 mb - and that is online and working ok - but its an earlier version (from here as it happens)
so what is the problem - because it cant be the website or the host - because the very same website on the same host now has an earlier of classipress on it. (???)

- Select the Appearance panel, then Themes.
- Select Install Themes.
- Use the Upload link in the top sub-menu to upload a zipped copy of a Theme that you have previously downloaded to your machine.
- Active theme.
If doesn't work I don't know what is problem.

the previous file is contain child theme and psd files.You can use this files to change appearance of theme.
