[STAFF Request] Require REP before downloading

After going through the forum, and seeing a lot of members who take time to post detailed information about their shares and really hoping for some sort of gratitude from the community, people just don't do it. To me, this is rude and it happens to me all the time when sharing downloads that are paid purchases. In my honest opinion, if someone wants a download (Make'em rep) to get it so the OP is shown appreciation. To me, I believe this is rude behaviour from the community and seems as though the members do not appreciate what they are getting that is free to them.

If you feel that this should be something to have enforced, please vote using the voting tool above my post and let's get those who work their butts off, some appreciation for their hard work.

The problem i see here is that we can give reps beforehand but if we were lied to and download some f viruskeygenetator adware s*it, then i will be really sorry that i have given rep to the op, and there is only positive rep button here.
I am wondering why we have remove the Thanks button ? It was the best solution i think for this issue.

Hi There,

TWhen you rep, you have the choice to go back and remove your rep by click the same button when giving rep to someone. Please provide a YES to your vote as you do have the ability to remove your rep.

Rep is just your opinion of the "payment" that should be made for your services. But really it means nothing and in no way helps you advance on the forum. You should focus more on ways to get paid for your time with real money.

Well since you made a good point, I think there should be a marketplace to increase activity on the forum even more where the rep points can be used for other things.
