Pintastic has a LOT of bad reviews -
here's just one from another forum (you'll find plenty more if you look) -

"I bought it back when it was v1.
I would NOT buy it again.
Support is bad. The code has bugs that do not get fixed. Once you buy you have access to their forums and lots of people complain about issues and bugs not getting fixed. The worst is that they say it's LIFETIME UPGRADES but that is only till a new version comes out. Once v2 came out, my v1 license actually got DELETED. So I basically could not use the script anymore. So lifetime actually means lifetime of the version, which is about one year or whenever they come with a new version. So basically, you don't really get any upgrades/updates because once they decide to actually program new features, they will call it a NEW version. I couldn't even login into their site for support. I tried to reach them and no response.
I remember back that when they came with v2, they still offered v1 for a reduced price. But eventually just got phased out.
They have a great website that looks super professional but it's all a front. Again, like I said once they update to v.5 your prior version won't work anymore."
