RE: [ REQ ] Flat Belly Overnight System
Thanks all.
I was interested in this too so good to get a look at it.
And boy is it underwhelming.
The download consists of 2 x 19/20 page .pdf ebooks and 7 short (2 mins to 5 mins) videos.
It's just some exercises and some recipes. More hype than fact.
The advertising talks about a 3 minute exercise each night to kill belly fat.
And I guess it just about meets that.
The 20 page ebook called Fat Belly Overnight Template has 2 pages at end detailing 7 exercise sequences which may consist of 2 or 3 activities repeated 5 or 10 times each for a total of 3 minutes.
And the 7 sequence plan repeated daily for the week.
There are videos to support each of the 7 sequences

The first 18 pages of the ebook would be embarrassing to have paid for.
Pages 5 - 7 contain such 'exclusive tips to lose belly fat overnight' as
'adding ginger to your tea before going to bed'
'eat more potassium'
'epsom salt bath'
'cilantro'
and priceless
'avoid eating too much at night'
oh and
'eating more pineapples, papayas, and melons'
is going to be real good for the diabetics(not!) who this regime will allow to reverse their diabetes symptoms
Oh and he 'personally' recommends 'cutting out diary'
Pages 8 - 15 give us pictures of 'foods to have at home'.
Nice pictures of protein: chicken, beef, turkey
And nice pictures of fruits and veg.
I recall the long ad spiel talking about the hormones that much of our fruit and veg is full of --hormones that mess us up dealing with body fat. I saw no reference to that here.
And pages 16 - 18 are a template as to what we should eat/do daily to promote belly fat loss.
He recommends going for a walk before first meal - for 30 - 45 mins (very realistic for the harassed mums who dominate the ad copy)
and then some suggested meal types from the food groups he has mentioned.
Had I paid money for this I would be demanding the no quibble clickbank refund.
There is nothing original or innovative here
The other ebook has even less content with pages 7 - 18 full of recipes for 'delicious smoothies' (less than ideal for the diabetics who might want to try this) and pages 4 - 7 telling us about teas like 'Dandelion Belly Flattening Tea' and 'Peppermint Fat Fighting tea' as if naming the tea 'fat busting' will magically bestow those properties on it.

I guess to be fair I ought to really try the exercises BEFORE I rubbish the claim of pounds of weight loss per day/week from these 3min a night exercises.
In fact I might even do so. But on the basis of how well the rest of the content holds up to the promise of quality in the ad copy -----I will not be expecting too much.

Hope these notes are useful to someone else considering this material

Regards
