This application has two versions:
- trial one with some functions disabled (like save or print) = in fact almost useless.
- retail with full functionalities.

Link from above is for trial version.

I only can to give you retail version 4.10 from 2014. In my opinion will be ok. For serious jobs you need to use Corel Draw and/or Photoshop. And of course a lot of creativity !

Not sure if there are any limitations on the free version, but just in case, you can get the full, pre-activated version from here
