[QUESTION REQUEST] Affiliate Link Cloaking and URLS

Hello gang,

I'm trying to find out if there is a script or software that not ONLY cloaks your ugly affiliate links but can also cloak the vendors URL after redirecting to their page.

Here's what I mean for clarity sake, so I am an affiliate and want to send someone to BestBlackHatForum.com (who is the Vendor paying me commission) and my affiliate link is http://www.mydomain.com/BBHF

So instead of sending http://www.mydomain.com/BBHF to BestBlackHatForum.com, can I cloak their URL and have it instead redirected to http://www.mydomain.com/BBHF? That way anywhere that they click on their website will still be cookied and show as http://www.mydomain.com/BBHF.

Sorry if that is confusing but I did think there was a script that did this back in the day (may still be working) but I can't remember the name of such script.

Can anyone advise me on which software can do this?
