Outright disregard and untruthfulness...woof.

Finally admitted to myself that I need to find some way to bring in some $.
Can't do very much anymore so that walmart greeter job idea is just out...
So I looked into possible things using the internet - very carefully.
No extra $ for expensive stuff, so I weeded through the cheapies to find any that seemed like they might be simple and easy enough for me to learn and use.

Went for a few low-$ things, mostly ones with no question refunds in 'em.
Found right away that most are way out of my league - I don't even know what so many of the acronyms mean yet let alone what to do with all the stuff - and I did get a couple of refunds.

The most spendy one is an audio course which I found too late that I cannot really hear enough of to be helpful for me.

But here's what I really think I'm seeing in all of this...
-Mostly sellers of IM stuff make super-exaggerated claims;
-The stuff most folks seem to be selling hypes all the mega-millions they supposedly ALREADY made with all sorts of charts and lists of $$$ amounts;
-None of what I've seen yet is any sort of complete beginners guide that takes somebody like me from starting out to the point of being able to bring in a little long enough to make it possible to learn more and continue;
-Some of whats offered is not only untruthful in its claims - but also outright krap - like 'Review Wizard' turned out to be;
-Some of the sellers can be very, very nasty.

I'm probably forgetting a bunch of other stuff I've noticed in recent months, but one thing for sure - getting harshly skeptical of all claims has been a really natural response to all of this !!
I've basically already lost all regard for most sellers because what the excessive BS'ing doesn't explode, all too soon when the uselessness of what they've been hawking shows itself - it all gets revealed as a pure waste of time.

And here I am now, relieved to see honest reviews of stuff, finally.

An example of all the above...
A few weeks ago I spent money (that I could not afford to lose right now...) on something which, AS ADVERTISED seemed to fit my needs for moving forward very well.

It was being sold by a well known man whose initials are B.R. and it was a mere $25.

Part of its false advertising was personal support via email from the seller, who claimed to also be the author.

Everything about what was sold was vague and unhelpful - no directions were provided and so I emailed the seller...no reply...tried several times as time passed - zero replies came.

In the meantime I was fortunate enough to be referred here and looked for that product here - found it right away too - with powerfully negative reviews condemning it.

My impression that the claims it made were pure hogwash turned out to be affirmed by many folks who reviewed it here...so I asked for a refund via email.

Oddly enough THAT was when I finally got a reply basically telling me to cram it up my hiney - too bad sucker - no refund for you; and that is putting it more nicely than the seller did.

Turns out this seller (author ??) DOES have a valuable skill=> he excels at keeping folks from getting refunds when they buy from JVZoo and use PP to pay.

I'd love to post the creep's name far and wide in any attempt to 'get the word out', but I'll settle for skipping grocery shopping this week after learning my lesson:
To be WAY more careful with anything I'll want to buy in making my efforts.

And consider investing in a VIP membership in this forum, costs a tiny fraction of a "course" and proved to be one of the best investments I have ever done. Aside from that learn stuff that really matters, there are loads of resources in this forum, no point copying what "gurus" preach, you must do your own thing to succeed.

But until I manage to scrape up more than just the monthlies (rent, power, etc...) I simply lack the means to do so yet.

This forum has - for me - in just the very short time since I was referred here, shown me that 99% of the stuff flying around is just baloney and just a good way to go (even more) broke on useless junk.

For right now I read alot here, look at alot of stuff, and soon I'll move forward with something after I have enough confidence that I've seen enough info shared by other folks who know more than I do.

You need to cut through all of this and work out what direction to go
YOURSELF.
You need FOCUS and CLARITY.
Internet Marketing is "marketing to YOU" and will not answer these questions...
