Mods will never tolerate any scammer here.

I understand this but didn't see any post about a user getting banned. So making a pin thread on this part of forum where are posted the users banned should improve a little bit the mentality of a scammer that is not tolerated.

It was a thread a while ago that was posted about someone got banned because he shared a private link. The OP put the name on a file using the username of that BBHF user. So that user got banned because he shared something outside of BBHF when it was stated that shouldn't be shared.

This is a good strategy for at least scarying people and this situation scaring scammers.

who would join BSO or anything a scammer sell? If members know they are scammer? that is the reason this thread exist, to make those scammers suffer for life.

Yes you're right they wouldn't. But if those users wouldn't know that? If the scammer changed his username multiple times? Based on users that posted here I see 4 different names for the same person. (I can't really say if is true or not)

As a mod you can see if he changed his username in the past days or see his old usernames. If not this should be implemented so mods can track this thing.

As a user that is interested in buying a product on BSO, trust me 90% will not look on this shitlist or search his username to see if he scammed people or not. Most of them will just go to see his threads.

ou think banning them will justify this? No it won't cause they can easily reregister another account, buy vip and buy BSO and there you go scam again.

They are being put into shame if the accusations were true. We still need to hear his side, another side of the story, if the scammer ignore this, then he will suffer and put into shame for his actions

Keeping them unbanned will attract more scams because people will have a bigger trust if they are VIP instead of a user without reps.

At the same if you ban them they will create another account, I understand this, but should be a sistem that logs the IP of that username and if is used on banned acconts should at least rise a red flag about that user. (yes this can be escaped by using VPN and might rise problems if the other user is using the same VPN with the same IP)

Lets talk about this case, on what I saw on this thread his only response is "nice thread" which was modified.

He really defended all the accusation between him. IM PORNSTAR said he thinks that googly is FILIPINO so you can backtrack his IPs and see if they are multiple connections from a philipines IP

Users are saying that this was an old username http://bestblackhatforum.com/User-realityhurts and is cler that googly is the same person.

Indeed we need to hear both sides of the story in this situation the user accused didn't say anything and are a lot of users that have some good points against him.

I can even ban these scammer(s) even now. right away,
but can we please let the whole members know and with the extreme point, we ban these scammers :)

I repeat they won't get away as i totally ban lot of spammer, violators, etc in the past.

Rules are rules that even one of the mods scam, or violate rules, they weren't tolerated.

I m glad that the rules apply to mods too, and you as a mod worked in the past to ban spammers, scammers and other users that broke the rules.

RE: GooGly / MarkBema / realityhurts / BlacksuitGuy Scammer
@ critique the person being accused here has had the same account. Those 4 usernames that you see posted in the title are from the same account. He just waits some months before changing his username. He has been accused by many people, not just in this thread but in several other threads of being a scammer, the thread I had linked to in the original post was one example but that thread is gone now.

Googly (his latest version of his username) was made aware of this thread and was also made aware of a private thread in the Support Center (where admins can see) almost 2 years ago. He has been online many times in that time period and chose to never defend himself because he knew he was guilty and I had the logs of what he did. He really had no defense.

Then in that edited post that you mention he (Googly) replied over a year and a half later (although he was notified the same day or within a couple of days of this thread being posted). He chose to reply when no one mentioned him for a long time. He knew this thread existed.

His unedited version was something like, "Why are you trying to throw shade on me?" and some type of minimally worded denial of the accusations. Then of course he edited it to, "Nice thread."

He is 100% a scammer and hasn't even attempted to defend himself or deny the accusations. Since he never gets banned the best thing to do is if he ever sells anything or even posts something that sounds like he might try to get a sale out of it, someone should write that he is a scammer.

Every few months I remember him and post updates on his new usernames here.

Then why the mods don't take action to ban this scammer?

There is a buddy-buddy mentality in here and this stuff is tolerated as far as you have some connections?

Omni what about this case? We as user need to wait 2 years again and post all the scams he made to revive this thread so maybe then mods will take action ?

RE: GooGly / MarkBema / realityhurts / BlacksuitGuy Scammer
I understand their thinking. They are thinking "As long as we know his username, we can keep an eye on him". The problem is last month he ran a BSO bestblackhatforum.com/Thread-Closed-Unlimited-Advertising-on-Google that shouldn't have been allowed. He got 1 review in 10 pages and it basically said he thinks it works but doesn't know how to setup an ad. The BSO should have never been approved. I wish I would have seen the thread when he posted it.

You'll also notice his payment link is still alive https://selly.gg/p/2c04226f . He can still make sales although he claims he shut down the BSO.

RE: GooGly / MarkBema / realityhurts / BlacksuitGuy Scammer
his bso is closed. He has been banned. Yes the payment link is still available but BBHF cannot control that. As long as the BSO is closed it will be almost impossible to find the payment link unless one finds it on the selly platform.
