Kenny Cannon - Local List Machine Question

So this may sound a little counter-intuitive, but I need to find a solution.

I want to limit the amount of users that can visit my page to 50 only.

I don't want to limit by location or time - just by visits.

Here's my situation...

He has this idea to send a review link out to a small part of a business' list on their behalf in order to get some quick reviews for them, he offers to do this for free initially as a kind of test.

There are a couple of gaping holes in this idea:

• If Kenny sends the emails they will be non-subscribed and probably go to spam.
• No business owner is gonna let him have access to his email account to send them out.
  

The way I see it is to send the biz owner an email template with a link to leave a review, but how can I make sure he doesn't send it to his entire list therefore negating the need for my service.

I need to somehow limit the amount of clicks to say the first 50, then disable it and redirect later visitors somewhere else.

It should also be mentioned that the link will be going to my (Wordpress) site first - then on to Google to leave the review, so I guess it should be possible to add some kind of limit, but how???
