I looked it up - is the only way to do it via a html form (and Import) or is there an api like mandril or mailchimp as well?

weird, after install it, when I login into the admin portal, I saw this error show on each windows on the page

The application cannot proceed!
An internal error occured. Please contact your administrator and describe the steps you took before you encounter this error message.

Error msg: Unable to connect to the database. Please make sure the database information specified in admin/includes/config.php are correct.

after I access each link this error messages shows as well.
