I want to create a real CPA LEAD group

i used android app there are too much here in bbhf open source need little modify and put inside cpa link with other page
i had made with 2 app about 150 $
So I decide to make this website http://www.urgates.com
and I am making Android app for this website and put it google store

How do you monetize it ? Forgiv me, if its a stupid question, but in the site you linked to, i see nothing other than adsense or something (+ the videos naturally).. If you do the same thing in an app, how will that turn into cpa ? Im not doing cpa, (really want to get into its, but still studying;-))
