Well if you are using and Android phone for example Note 3 go in to contacts, Click menu than click on import/export than Import from Sim Card

When you lost contacts from sms card, you just lose the file entry in it. The file content still exists on the hard disk, Windows simply marks the hard drive and notify the file system that the space the file formerly occupy is free and can be re-usable. So it is still possible to recover the deleted data using recovery software like CardRecoveryPro.
