The Internal Revenue Services (or Reciever of Revenue in some other countries), recieved an anonymous letter, which said;

"I cheated on my income tax last year, and it has been bothering me so much, that I can't sleep at night. I therefore enclose $100-00.

PS. If I still can't sleep peacefully after that, I'll send the other $2,000-00".
