Once you register the gravityforms plugin you can auto update to the latest version and download all the addons for free.

You can download any of the already-shared GravityForms ones here and install it, use this code, and the update feature will give you the latest version. Search for GravityForms on this site and you'll see a number of them, any one of them will do.
