I am new to SEO and blackhat in general. My question is: Does Google approve of buying backlinks?

RE: Google and Backlinks
Sometimes Yes and sometime No. In order to increase your website traffic and ranking, I would suggest you to learn and research about SEO, I think at first you need to learn from many famous and largest websites about SEO, SEM such as: Searchengineland. com, Searchenginewatch. com, Searchenginejournal. com, Moz. com,...they're all giving free basic SEO, SEM techniques and courses that you can follow up and practice as well. After that, you should apply these techniques on your own website with your domain and hosting, try your best to practical daily as much as possible.

I believe that you can get the archive after some months you try hard.

Good luck to you,

Firstly check the all onpage factor like Meta tags,Robots.txt,sitemap.xml and check the website content quality . SEO white hat work will take time to approve.

RE: Google and Backlinks
Never listen to those saying "don't buy links" .. Buying links from authority sites will always provide rankings increases. Most non natural sources of links are "grayhat" or created for the benefit of link juice . Google sees links as votes of approval or popularity and provides some degree of rank increase depending on the quality of the link. There are a few links they can of course provide a negative value, think of those as porn links and such or from sites that are considered spammy. Always try to get links from a quality site with decent authority and trust flow. You can use web 2.0 sites built out on free services such as wordpress, blogger and so forth, just ensure the sites are 4 to 5 pages of relevant topic material . Then you can use other sites links to point to your web 2.0 sites boosting them over time . Other quality methods are youtube, google authority stacking aspects and so forth.
Do not simply buy mass spam linking, be smart and purchase links from quality sites and social signals. Build them out over time and you will see marked improvement once your basic on page seo is up to par.

Yes, and no.

If you are talking about going and buying 10K backlinks for $5, then NO, DON'T do it. Chances are you are gonna have someone run your site through an SEnuke campaign that is terribly designed, and they just click GO. Nothing that says "shoot you to the top of google for $5" is going to work.

If you are talking about buying a link building campaign, tailored to your site and niche, then absolutely YES, do it. Go through reputable sources if you do so.

The great thing about Google, they understand the frustration with their ever evolving sub-industry. You can disavow links that are harmful to your site, and restore it back to its integrity.
