Apology accepted. I had never been at that hosting site before. Who would've thought you had to get a premium account to get the download, because they have two options: premium speed and slower speed.
Newbies: Don't know how to find stuff to share on the forum?

For what it is worth I found this material very high quality and very useful.
So much material out there is rehashed rubbish but this stands out. Highly recommend it if you are after this kind of stuff. The poster/original requester has a long and detailed explanation of what it is so I will not attempt to repeat that. Just endorsing the quality of this content. I was impressed.
