Anyone interested in Kashmir Shaivism should begin their studies here. I believe Swami Lakshmanjoo's materials are currently the only genuine source for anyone interested in this.

And I recently discovered a nearly new copy of Osho's The Book of Secrets for dirt cheap at a used bookstore. The book was lying there, and the seller had no idea how much more he could have gotten for it. Anyway, Osho's book contains 112 meditations from the Vijnana Bhairava Tantra, and I recently discovered that Swami Lakshmanjoo also has a video course on the subject. I am hoping to find it.
