NOT CASTING DOUBT on the integrity of the posters who have supplied links for this theme, but i'd advise anybody who ever downloads a theme from a blackhat site to always, always, always check it out for malicious code and this free plugin from wordpress.org is just about the best way of doing that:

TAC helps quite a bit, but especially with bulkyfiles, you have to get rid of the "social.png" image, as well as the call in the functions.php file. Even check for the "base64" strings throughout the theme.
