Hi everyone, I downloaded the software but it gets stuck at starup-- it says -- Please wait while we download the necessary files...-- just stays there, it loads a little and then, boom, just closes. If anyone experienced anything like this, please let me know if you fixed it. Thanks --- REPs given for the share!

i am getting an error when it starts to clone videos it stops on 1 and then windows error. anyone can help me please? i have windows 7. and tried all options in the software but always error
