hmmmm to bad and it's soooooo good software and it seems that it can get the job done, i also create mailjet but again the same always fail to connect

No need screenshot, it's as easy as follow,

at arpreach -> Add Email System

SMTP server: smtp.mandrillapp.com
SMTP server Port: 587
SMTP Username: [mandril username]
SMTP Password: [mandril api key]
Encryption: TLS

At Mandril, add API Key

thats exactly what i have done
add email system theni change it from local host to smtp and i put the right info i click test and error i send a test email again error

Your web hosting provider may have a policy that prevents you from using external SMTP services.
If so, you will have to contact your web hosting provider. Ask them to allow you to connect to Madrill from your server.

I know Bluehost does this for their shared hosting plans. Not sure about other hostings.
