Step 1 -

You are actually right 'Dev388'. You don't have Admin Permission neither you can contact nor have Admin. You have what you have, that's it.

There is no Administrator you can contact, you have only the rights you are entitled to.
I was Using the Edu account which had more features and thought that it would have the same features. Anyway, you have amazing benefits with these accounts.
Create as many accounts as you want but I would suggest you to keep on changing VPN.

Here, you can Enjoy Office 365 Premium Apps and 5 TBOne drive.
