This WSO is a 22-pages PDF file that engages in the fundamental basics of SEO. The author describes his work process in regards to blogs ranking and ends up by offering his services. According to the author, you should do a keyword research (he uses "Ultimate Niche Finder") and look for terms with low competition. Then, create contents that contain them. You can write the contents by yourself or outsource it. There is a basic explanation of how to write articles; however, the general recommendation is to outsource the writing process to others. The author lists several sites and Forums where you can find writers, including cheap ones. The next part explains about some of the basics of On-Page SEO (mainly keyword density and interlinking) with a few examples. It ends with a brief on scheduling your posts the right way so that you can do an efficient interlinking.

If you are totally new to SEO, this ebook may give you some general background and tips on the field. However, in case you already know the basics of SEO and writing, you can probably skip this one and look for other resources with more advanced information and techniques.

however, as the above reviewer has stated, this is not only very basic but very old hat too. This is very much like an report from many years ago that has been slightly updated and repositioned to market the content creation service which is plugged within the pdf, called ninja content or something, where the author will take care of the content for you.

Its actually not a bad idea in terms of selling your content creation service - I may try it myself:-)
