OMG.
What i posted is the decoded version of css.php
You should be smart enough to realize that <?php needs to be added in the start. And it works fine.
I have it working smooth on my installation.

Mine is working perfect, let me know what all screenshots you want me to post.
Also i can post a test number you can test yourself. And let me know what all screenshots you want me to post associated with your very own call. I would be more than happy to post the screenshots.

And because my reply has to get approved by an admin first, i am posting this screenshot beforehand. And if you have any doubts about the screenshot. Check the timestamp in it. Just did a call to prove it works :)

I have FTP'd the file to my site. When I go to start it, I get this message: There is an error. Config file not found. Please re-install or contact support.

Any ideas on how to fix this?

Navigate to http://www.yoururl.com/install.php
Fresh installation creates the config file for you :)
